Public Private PartnershipsDelivering critical infrastructure requires the input of a wide range of stakeholders each contibuting their uniques insights into the process. Thinking for the longterm while being driven by the profit incentive, focusing on lucrative income streams yet delivering for the marginalisd are just a few conflicting elements in complex infrastructure projects. With a correctly structured Public Private Partnership sponsoring bodies can deliver projects in line with their deeply held values and principles yet bring on boards the best of the private sector without compromising in the quality of the asset and/or service provided. By involving and integrating each key player into the life of the project we work to eliminate the quick buck syndrome and reduce snagging as each player realises that any short comings will surface during the life of the project. Tangible Ireland seeks to become a catalyst and facilitator in the early and critical stages of the delivery of PPPs and draws down on the expertise and large reservoir of professional resource available through our network of collaborators. PPP is a great way of addressing the challenges facing us in delivering key elements of our infrastructure.
